Amy Splittgerber is a seasoned nonprofit leader with a proven record of advancing missions, strengthening organizations, and driving meaningful impact in communities. Most recently serving as Executive Director of Healthy Learners, she led the organization through strategic growth, expanded partnerships, and enhanced services to ensure children had greater access to the health care they need to succeed in school and in life.
Over her career, Amy has held leadership positions across the nonprofit sector, where she has developed deep expertise in board development, fundraising, organizational strategy, and collaborative partnerships. Her passion for mission-driven work and her ability to bring people and resources together have consistently positioned the organizations she has led for long-term success.
